Every HAPS subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. Your card is not charged during those 14 days, and if you cancel before the trial ends — any time, directly through your account settings at app.haps.help — you will not be charged anything. After the trial, HAPS is billed monthly at $20 per protected parent, starting on day 15.
You may cancel any individual protection at any time, whether you're still in your trial or already a paying subscriber. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, your parent's protection remains active until that date, and you will not be charged again. Because every subscription includes a full 14 days to try HAPS before anything is ever charged, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods once the trial has ended.
